Greg Conser has extensive qualifications as a residential builder.  He has been a Certified
Master Builder since 2002.  Greg and his team have built over 250 homes in the Willamette
Valley.

Conser Design & Construction is committed to preserving and enhancing our environment and
our community.  Greg Conser has served as President of the Willamette Valley Home Builders
Association and the Oregon State Home Builders Association, working closely with local
residential builders and trade partners to ensure that home-building remains affordable and productive.  Conser Design & Construction was the first residential builder in the Willamette Valley to utilize the Earth Advantage home-building program, which designs energy efficient and earth-friendly homes.  Among our numerous efforts to protect the environment, we actively recycle wood products, keeping them out of landfills.

Quality Management

We constantly strive for improvement in our building process and customer satisfaction.  To that end, we survey our home owners about their home-building experience, our trade partners, and our team members.  Additionally, we have cultivated long-term relationships with our trade partners who meet or exceed our high standards of workmanship and service, allowing us to produce consistent, quality-built homes again and again.  When you choose Conser Design & Construction to build your dream home, you will receive a Home Owner's Construction Manual at the beginning of the process, along with a Home Owner's Manual at the completion of your new home.  As a standard, every customer enjoys a final walk-through with our Team Leader, during which our new home owners learn all facets of their new home.
