The Process
As a customer focused builder, Conser Design & Construction considers you our partner. Our communication is as important as the home we build for you.
Our Quality Program involves communication, education, inspection and surveys.
We begin our relationship by investing time in making sure we are building the home YOU want. Together we cover every detail from floor plan, lot selection, options and features in an effort to meet your individual needs and desires.
We walk you through the building and buying process before any work has started so that you understand the nature of construction.
We provide you with a Construction Manual at the beginning of the project and a Home Owner's Manual at the end which explains everything you need to know.
We inspect your home - every day! Your new home is inspected by our Trade Partners, our Field Team, our Job Superintendent, as well as the City and/or County Inspectors. You are welcome at the project site anytime (when it is safe for you to be there).
We survey our clients to see how we have done. This Report Card rates everything from the Sales Department, the quality of the home, and the quality of our Trade Partners.
